JawlineCheck allows users to upload a clear adult face photo and receive an AI-generated visual estimate of visible jawline definition.
The service includes:
- Image analysis using artificial intelligence.
- Visual estimates based on visible jawline, chin-to-jaw transition, mandibular outline, and lower-face contour cues.
- Short explanations about visible image cues and image-angle limitations.
- A usage-limited access model.
- Optional rewarded advertisements for continued use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally allowed to use this type of service in your jurisdiction.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Upload only images you have the right to use.
- Not upload images of minors.
- Not upload illegal, harmful, explicit, or inappropriate content.
- Not misuse the service or attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions.
- Use the App only for informational visual estimates and not as a replacement for professional medical, dental, orthodontic, cosmetic, or mental health advice.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
5. Content Restrictions
We may refuse to process images that:
- Appear to contain minors.
- Show more than one person.
- Do not show a usable adult face or visible jawline.
- Are too blurred, dark, obstructed, distant, cropped, or low resolution to analyze.
- Contain unsupported content, such as nudity, sexual content, violence, hate symbols, illegal activity, medical imagery, memes, text-only content, or unrelated screenshots.
- Are otherwise inappropriate, illegal, or violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to block or reject content at our discretion to maintain safe and appropriate use of the service.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The feedback provided by the App is generated by artificial intelligence.
- Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or affected by photo angle, lighting, expression, facial hair, image quality, crop, and limited visible coverage.
- The feedback is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- It is not professional advice.
The feedback is intended to describe visible jawline-definition cues only. It is not intended to analyze your identity, attractiveness, worth, masculinity, femininity, age, ethnicity, gender identity, health, bone structure, medical condition, legal status, or eligibility for any opportunity.
JawlineCheck does not guarantee any specific outcome, including accurate visual scoring, personal improvement, health assessment, cosmetic result, or social result.
7. Medical and Appearance Disclaimer
JawlineCheck is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, healthcare advice, dental advice, orthodontic advice, cosmetic surgery advice, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or treatment promises.
The App does not diagnose jaw, dental, facial, bone, skin, weight, or health conditions. It does not recommend medical treatment, cosmetic procedures, exercises, supplements, devices, or lifestyle changes.
The App also does not judge attractiveness. Scores and explanations describe visible lower-face contour cues in the submitted photo only. Do not rely on the App for medical, dental, cosmetic, psychological, or personal decisions. If you have concerns in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
8. Usage Limits
The App provides a limited number of free uses per period, for example monthly.
After these free uses are exhausted, you may continue using the service by watching a rewarded advertisement before each additional review.
Free uses:
- Are reset periodically, for example monthly.
- Have no monetary value.
- Are non-transferable.
We may change usage limits or how access to the service is provided at any time.
9. Rewarded Ads
After your free uses are exhausted, you may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to perform an additional review.
- Ads are provided by third-party providers such as Google AdMob.
- We do not control the content of advertisements.
- A review is only made available after the ad has been successfully completed and verified.
We may change how advertisements are used within the App at any time.
10. Data Deletion
You may delete your data using the in-app deletion feature or by contacting support.
Deletion removes your stored data and may reset your usage history and available free uses.
We may retain limited technical or anonymized data where necessary for security or abuse prevention.
11. Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will be:
- Uninterrupted.
- Error-free.
- Always available.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JawlineCheck is provided "as is" and "as available".
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
- This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on AI-generated estimates, medical, cosmetic, personal, or social decisions made based on results, and loss of data or content.
13. Abuse and Misuse
We may take action if we detect misuse, including:
- Limiting access.
- Blocking usage.
- Preventing repeated attempts to bypass usage limits.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you in the App.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
